This image is a nice summary of what I have been working on lately. In the lead on the right in my Bachmann GP-50 engine. I redid the coupler mountings with my recently acquired tap. I also fabricated new pilots, with foot boards, for it as well. I have redone the coupler upgrade several times now.

Next in line is an old box car that I have been overhauling. It was actually the one I tried to used as a track cleaning car a while ago. I patched the holes on the side, added a little bit of extra material on the sides to make it look taller, and upgraded the couplers. All before giving it a fresh coat of paint.

The last four cars are new acquisitions from eBay. Two 50 ft box cars and two 50 ft gondolas. All came with Micro-trains couplers so I didn't even get to use any of the new couplers I had bought.
